Created for leaders in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, Impactful Leadership equips emerging and mid-level leaders with the mindset, behaviors, and skills to lead with clarity and elevate team performance. 

Impactful Leadership is grounded in the foundational principles of Learned Bravery®, the recognition that great leadership isn’t innate, but developed from the inside out. Leaders learn to recognize and shift the internal patterns that hold them back, while creating environments where bravery is learned, modeled, and rewarded. 

Participants will learn to: 

  • Identify and shift limiting mindset patterns

  • Explore multiple leadership styles to fit different situations

Brave Leadership

For: Leaders at All Levels | Format: In-Person or Virtual | Duration: Customizable

Organizations must invest in brave leadership if they want leaders who can navigate complexity, foster accountability, and drive meaningful change.

But there’s a gap between what leaders are taught and what leadership demands. From school to the workplace, people are rewarded for compliance. Compliance is not enough for impactful leadership. It’s bravery that drives results

Research confirms what experience makes clear: bravery must be learned and intentionally developed. That’s the purpose of Learned Bravery®: to teach bravery as a skill that must be practiced, strengthened, and applied at every level of leadership.

Participants will learn to:

  • Shift their mindset from risk-averse to achievement 

  • Develop their internal compass so they can make strategic decisions when the stakes are high

  • Clarify their core values to guide strategic decision-making under pressure

  • Communicate with precision and respect, delivering direct feedback even in difficult conversations

  • Evaluate when, where, and how to take bold action while minimizing unnecessary risk

Thriving organizations are built on strong leadership, and strong leadership demands bravery.  Organizations often emphasize the importance of psychological safety, but overlook the essential ingredient that makes it possible: bravery. The Learned Bravery® framework is built on a crucial insight: There is an inverted relationship between psychological safety and bravery. The lower the degree of psychological safety, the more bravery is required of an individual to speak up or offer feedback.
